Use the online booking form and fill in all the required information. When booking a transfer from the airport, port, train station specify your flight or itinerary number. When you complete your booking you will be sent a confirmation email please check all the details of your reservation
Email us your request at info@cosytransfers.gr with the route you want to book and your preferences . We will organize a personalized transfer that will meet your needs (multiple stops, additional accommodation during the transfer, etc.)
We will send you a booking confirmation email with all our contact details, in case you need to contact us (emergency phone number and email). Please check this carefully and let us know if any details are incorrect. In the case you have not received it, please check your SPAM folder as some emails may not be received due to SPAM filters. If you did, please contact us again info@cosytransfers.gr and we will be happy to resend the confirmation email.
Regardless of age, every child is considered as passenger and you should count them when entering the number of passengers in the reservation.
We take child safety very seriously and that's why baby and child seats are provided as long as you select the type of child seat you need when entering your booking details. There is no additional charge for this service.
In the case that your bags exceed the capacity of the vehicle, transport can be arranged in a larger vehicle (when available) with an additional fee. The suitcase capacity of our vehicles is listed when you select a vehicle in the booking reservation. The suitcase capacity number mentioned is for medium-sized suitcases. if you are not sure or you have large luggage (baby stroller, wheelchair, etc.) please choose a larger vehicle or contact us info@cosytransfers.gr and we will help you choose the vehicle that will meet your needs.

At the Airport
At the airport arrivals hall which is located immediately after you exit the baggage claim hall.
At the Port
At the exit of the passenger station of the port.
At the Train Station
At the train arrival platform.
Departures:
If we are picking you up from a hotel, the driver will meet you at the hotel reception. If again at an apartment or villa, wait in front of the entrance at the scheduled pick-up time.
The driver will normally wait up to 60 minutes after your flight has landed before callin the mobile number you've provided. After this time and if there is no coommunication with the passenger the driver will leave the airport. If you are delayed in customs,, baggage collection or lost luggage please call the emergency number +306980105080 to ensure that your driver will wait.
Don't worry, if you have filled in your flight number in the booking form, we always monitor all incoming flights and the driver will wait for you until your actual arrival, without any additional charge. In the case of serious delay for more than 2 hours we will be very grateful if you let us know by calling +306980105080 or by emailing info@cosytransfers.gr. Also please let us know if your flight number or other important details of your arrival have changed.
Arrival: When booking a travel group in one airport transfer, please add the flight number that lands last when booking. Please then ensure that the rest of your party that arrives before is waiting at the correct meeting point for the pickup.
Departure: When booking a travel group in one transfer, you will need to make the booking according to the very first flight departing from the airport, so we can ensure everyone arrives on time at the airport.
You can cancel your booking anytime; however charges will apply as follows.
Cancellation 48 hours prior to the pickup time - Full Refund
Cancellations between 12 to 48 hours prior to the pickup time
Admin charges of 20% will apply.
Cancellations within 12 hours to pick up time or afterwards
No refunds will be issued.
All cancellations should be made via Email only.
Full instructions for your booking can be found on your booking confirmation. However, in most cases, you must confirm with the driver your pick-up time for the return journey. If you are going to travel by plane, make sure you start on time, we recommend starting 2 -2.5 hours plus the travel time (you will see it when you select the route on the booking form) to get to the airport on time

Cozy transfers is not responsible for any loss of personal items. Make sure you take all your personal belongings with you before leaving the vehicle. If you think you have left something in one of our vehicles, please contact us immediately on the emergency number +306980105080 and we will do our best to help you. We will search the vehicle and if the item is indeed found then we will be able to retrieve it back to you, however depending on the circumstances and location of our customer there may be an additional charge or we can store it and collect it at our your departure.
